Wagyu’s melt in the mouth flavour and tenderness is attributed to its marbling which has the same elements as that of Omega three. As a result it is a healthy and tasty dining experience.

Our beef is sourced from our own stock and The Wagyu Network, brought together by Raging River Wagyu to give farmers a fair price for a hard days work. All suppliers within the Network undergo an accreditation process to meet the standards of the group, ensuring authentic Wagyu, traceability of product and a guaranteed umami eating experience.
